The bears were everywhere, on the golfcourse, on the airstrip and by the harbour. I took very few of the town it self, it is a strange town, kind of like a suburb in the middle of nowhere! Surprised you didn't see wildlife in Gold River. We lived up there for several years, and had lots of it around, sometimes way too close for comfort.
